The host was very responsive. We had a misunderstanding of the check out time and Blake was very very understanding. The house location is great for visiting the Great Smokey Mountains National Park or sites in Pigeon Forge. It’s on a quiet street just a few blocks from the main strip. It took only minutes to get to the shows, restaurants and the park. I would definitely stay here again.

This cottage has it all and then some. 3 bedrooms and they all have their own bathroom. Top of the line appliances and extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The location is ideal and close to all of the Pigeon Forge attractions. Blake is an amazing host and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Kitchen was well equipped with necessities. Bedrooms were a little outdated but the stay was short and it didnt matter much for just an overnight visit. Nice grounds, close to a large stream one street over. FARM-LIKE atmosphere, waking to birds chirping and Geese. Perfect location to Boulevard!! Better than any hotel for privacy and atmosphere

This house was perfect for our stay. It looks small from the outside, but looks are definitely deceiving! It's incredibly roomy, very clean, and oh so comfy. If you want to be close to the strip without hearing all kinds of noise, this is a perfect place to stay!

This is our second time staying at this property. The host is very quick to respond however; we did have a few issues this year that we didn't experience last year. The drain in one of the bathrooms was clogged, the entry keypad on the front door was very difficult to read making entry into the home challenging, and one of the chairs in the bedroom was broken and a safety issue. Although the host did offer to try to get someone to come fix the drain, we really didn't want to have to stay there to let someone in or feel comfortable having them enter the property without any one being there, so we had to use the upstairs shower. In regards to the keypad entry issue, the host did inform us of where a key is stored out back so each time we wanted to enter the home, we had to go to the back of the house to get the key. And for the chair, we were told just to be careful. I must say we were disappointed that a discount wasn't offered for the inconvenience.

I'm sad to see this. You brought a couple of issues to my attention, but then told me you'd rather me not come in the house to fix it for you while you were there. You never asked for money, and I would never think to offer money for a bathtub draining slowly or finding a chair with a broken leg. I didn't know what do say other than to be careful with the chair since you didn't want me in the house. And I never had a clue you had frustration about using the key instead of the keypad. I am sad your stay was less than a 5 star experience. I can't prevent things from breaking or bathtubs clogging sometimes, all I can do is try to fix it immediately when it's brought to my attention and I completely understand if someone doesn't want me coming in while they're there. Since everything worked and you felt the housekeeping was great, I just never imagined you had expected money back.

This property is just minutes from the main strip in Pigeon Forge. You couldn't ask for a better location without any concern of poor road conditions. This is not a cabin in the woods, nor does it have a view. It is simply a perfect getaway for someone who wants to be close enough to the action in a nice modern home.
