A very pleasant two-story townhouse, "kid-friendly," with two separate bedrooms (and a toilet and sink in the children's room), ensuring everyone's privacy. There's a small garden for the kids and an upstairs terrace accessible through a French door from the kitchen. Ideal for a couple with a child or a group of friends. All the furnishings are new, creating a clean yet cosy atmosphere, and the home is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, TV, and Wi-Fi.
