Beautiful 2-room apartment in quiet residence

The apartment of more than 60m2 is on the first and last floor of a small, very quiet residence, private parking included. Located 2 km from the village of Diamant, 10 minutes walk from the first beach and 5 minutes from the shops.
The functional accommodation includes an outdoor terrace (patio) giving access to the living room and communicating with the kitchen via a hatch. Each of its rooms has a remote-controlled air blower.
A beautiful bedroom, the only air-conditioned room, has a small balcony overlooking the opposite side which provides natural ventilation throughout the accommodation.
You will need to budget €70 for end-of-stay cleaning and services: all the apartment's linens during and after the stay are washed and ironed. They will be requested upon handing over the keys

Feb 26 stay, 56-day booking. Significantly below expectations. All issues documented.Day 1 broken housing on junction box (technician attended). Exposed wiring behind TV, multiple extension cables powering fixed appliances. No smoke detector. Agent said not mandatory in Martinique; challenged, then one installed.Washing machine broken; replaced Day 7 by agent’s husband, this also failed. Advertised sofa is a single bed with another bed propped behind. Click-clack small/unstable. Other seating wooden chairs with stained cushions. Daybed covers and mattress heavily stained. Agent acknowledged poor furniture during visit.Cleanliness: persistent ants in kitchen. Vinegar suggested but ineffective; we bought spray/bait and removed food, restricting use. Mould/rust on colander. We purchased our own cups, glasses, pillowcases, pillows, bed linen and towels.TV 15 years old; microwave similar. We avoided use. Bathroom poorly maintained; shower curtain did not fit, mould visible.Location photos show a different building and imply garden space. Entrance from rear parking area. “Location Type”, “Oceanfront” & “Village” misleading. La Cherry beach 3–5 min drive plus walk. Only distant sea glimpse blocked by buildings/tree. No nearby shops.Wi-Fi poor (7 Mbps). Agent repeatedly tried moving conversations to WhatsApp.Stayed only until reasonably priced flight to leave was available. Complaints to VRBO remain unresolved and silence from VRBO for several weeks continues.

Madame, Monsieur, Au regard de vos appréciations mensongères et calomnieuse nous avons bien compris que votre séjour en Martinique ne correspondait pas à vos attentes. Cependant vos agissements irrespectueux sur l utilisation inacceptable des matériels et énergies ( eau, électricité, climatisation) sont de nature à se poser des questions sur votre santé mentale. Vous avez pensé qu il fallait détériorer les bons équipements mis à votre disposition et utiliser les énergies de manière immodéré en signe de mécontentement pour satisfaire votre esprit malade. Séjour agréable

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, tres calme et conforme à la description.Tous les matin nous avions la visite de petits oiseaux (faire attention aux bananes sur la table....).Situation parfaite pour profiter des belles plages du sud de l'île.Merci à Gaël pour l'accueil et les renseignements.

Séjour en famille au Diamant

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'appartement. Il est très bien situé pour visiter le sud de l'ïle. Le logement est très bien équipé. Nous avons pu profiter avec nos deux filles de l'appartement qui est suffisamment spacieux pour accueillir une famille. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Gael.

Gerne wieder

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett im Schlafzimmer war gut, die Schlafcouchen waren sehr rückenunfreundlich und sollten dringend eine gute Matratzenauflage bekommen. Die Betreuung durch Gaël war super - freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Danke Christine für deine ehrliche Bewertung. Ich bedaure, vor Ende Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht gewusst zu haben, dass die Schlafsofas sehr unbequem sind. Ich werde dir ein anderes Bett gemacht haben. Es gab noch zwei weitere: das lila Schlafsofa und 2 sehr dicke Matratzen auf der Holzbank. Das nächste Mal mache ich dir ein perfektes Bett.

Vacances rêvées

Nous sommes restés pour 2 semaines. Trop court car nous étions près de tout, plages, sites d’intérêt et commerces. Gaël est formidable et très disponible. Nous y avions tous les articles de cuisine requis et surtout beaucoup de tranquillité. J’y retournerai sans hésitation!

Séjour très plaisant.

Appartement vaste et très généreusement équipé. J'ai passé d'excellents moment dans le patio, bien ventilé et face à un tamarinier qui attire les colibris et les sucriers. Également très bien situé, juste avant l'entrée du village du Diamant, parfait pour profiter des belles plages du sud. Accueil très chaleureux et professionnel. Merci pour tout.
