Recently renovated farmhouse 1km from the sea and the beaches, close to the GR34, between the sea and the town centre, in a quiet hamlet, far from the main traffic routes.
All shops 2 km away, water sports centre 1.6 km away
Ground floor:
- 1 large living room of 36 m2 (TV, WIFI)
- 1 open fitted kitchen of 12 m2 (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher) and
- 1 shower room (shower, vanity unit)
- 1 separate toilet
FLOOR:
- 1 bedroom of 13 m2 with 140x190 bed, wardrobe (possibility of putting a bed for baby or young child on request)
- 1 bedroom of 13 m2 with 1 bed of 90x190 and 2 bunk beds of 90x190
- 1 bathroom (bath, vanity unit, WC)
ANNEX: part of an old barn is available to tenants for storage (bicycles...). Washing machine
MISCELLANEOUS: iron and ironing board/ duvets, pillows and mattress protectors on the beds / linen not provided.
OUTSIDE: garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, 3 sunbeds), private parking
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday

Unser Gastgeber Marcel ist ein sehr netter Mensch. Die Unterkunft ist ganz wunderbar. Wir (5 Erwachsene) hatten im Haus genug Platz, um etwas zusammen zu machen, es gibt aber auch genug Platz, um sich zurück zu ziehen.

Schönes Haus

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und in der Scheune gab es ein paar Extras wie Spielzeug für die Kinder, 2 Fahrräder inkl. Helm, Putzzeug, Wäscheständer... Der Vermieter war nett und hat uns bei der Ankunft alles erklärt. Leider stand in der deutschen Annonce bei fewo nichts davon, dass die Bettwäsche selbst mitzubringen sei. Auch hier hat uns der Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert weitergeholfen. Für Ausflüge, Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche musste man das Auto nehmen. Eine Crêperie ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein gelungener und entspannter Urlaub!

Séjour agréable et dépaysant !

Une météo plutôt bretonne qui n’a en rien gâché notre séjour ! Un très beau gîte confortable et particulièrement bien situé pour découvrir cette très belle region. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux. Une envie de revenir…😊
