Step into a large living room where you can unwind and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The couch also offers as a pullout and if you wanted to invite 2 additional guests to stay over, you have a comfortable option. The private bedroom, a quiet sanctuary, features a comfortable queen bed and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night`s sleep. You`ll also find extra closet storage with hangers for your belongings.
The home includes:

--A spacious, fully-fenced backyard with a 6-foot privacy fence, offering complete seclusion for you and your furry companions.
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire one-bedroom home, including the spacious and secure backyard. Enjoy the convenience of free street parking available right in front of the property.
Entry is seamless and private, allowing you to come and go as you please. Feel right at home with Bluetooth smart lock front door entry and the option to change codes in an instant to any desired combination for your convenience.
We believe in providing our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. We will not be present at the property or schedule any routine service without first notifying you. We are always available and responsive via the messaging app or via our urgent phone line should you need any assistance or have questions during your visit.
We are nestled on a quiet street only 5 min (1.5 miles from downtown Moline and Vibrant Arena). Our neighborhood has sidewalk throughout if you wish to walk your pets or take a stroll. Free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.
High-Speed Internet: Your stay includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming or working remotely.
Seasonal Maintenance: For your comfort and convenience during longer stays, we provide biweekly lawn mowing during the warmer months and professional snow removal for any snowfall over 2 inches in the winter.
Absolutely no smoking inside the home If there`s evidence of smoking, of any nature you will be charged a $250 fee.
Absolutely NO PARTIES. We cannot stress enough that your safety and comfort, the safety and comfort of our neighbors is our number priority. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Please do not take home any of the essential amenities provided to you throughout your stay (towels, games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.).
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.
PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
The TV is a Smart TV. You can use and log into any app you`d like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the YouTube TV app (not the YouTube app).
We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches. Please be mindful to keep the yard clear of trash and pet waste so our team can be most efficient at their job.
This is a NO-SMOKING property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a minimum $350 fee if you smoke at the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased online on Amazon.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $400 per repair.
TRASH
Trash Day is every Monday. Recycling pickup is every other Monday. All trash must be bagged and placed inside the bins for pickup. Please wheel cans outside the fence to the street for pickup.
If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside behind the garage. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins. Please reach out to us if you need assistance.
PET RULES
All pets must be approved before arrival and added to your reservation. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the property without prior Owner approval. If pets are not disclosed before arrival, your reservation is at risk of fines and immediate eviction.
Pets are not allowed on interior or exterior furniture at anytime. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. You are responsible for picking up after your pets in the yard and neighborhood. We provide doggie bags for your convenience. If excessive waste is left in the yard, you will be charged a fine. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:
--Scrap food scraps in trash and wash all dishes and set to dry before departure
--Bag and place all trash in outside trash bins
--Place all used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of each bed and all wet towels in the bathroom tub for us to send to professional laundry service (please do not remove the mattress protectors or zipper pillow protectors)
--Please turn off all lights and lock exterior doors upon exit
