Accommodation in a house between Nimes and Anduze

You have at your disposal the 1st floor of a large country house, located near Anduze (10min), Nîmes (20min), as well as 1 hour from the sea and the Pont du Gard. Your 140m2 home consists of a large living room (living room, fitted kitchen, dining room), 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. You have a gate, a garden, a staircase, access to the swimming pool (fenced) and 2 terraces (one shaded and one facing south): all completely independent.<br>The accommodation<br>The large air-conditioned living room consists of a living room, a fitted kitchen and a dining room. The corridor leads to 5 bedrooms (new beds and bedding), 1 shower room with toilet, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet. You have independent access to the 300m2 garden, a bicycle room, the staircase that leads to the 1st floor as well as the fenced swimming pool area with a relaxation area: deckchairs and garden furniture. This little corner of paradise is located on the edge of a small quiet village surrounded by beautiful wine-growing land.<br>Traveller access<br>You can enjoy your accommodation freely as it has independent access by a staircase. You enter the garden (300m2) through a gate reserved for you. We use a second gate and garden on another part of the property. Access to the pool area is through your garden. The pool area is shared with the owners but we only go there when the tenants are not there. This ensures you freedom and privacy. The bike room can also accommodate your fishing equipment or other accessories.<br>Other remarks<br>We live on the ground floor of the house, which allows us to welcome you, as well as the maintenance of the accommodation and the swimming pool. We remain at your disposal if necessary.<br><br>We provide end-of-stay cleaning but count on you to put the equipment/objects back in their place.<br><br>Frequently Asked Questions:<br><br>- There is a cot and a high chair at your disposal.<br><br>- there are 2 coffee makers: a classic filter coffee maker and a Senseo pod coffee maker.<br><br>- Bed linen and towels are provided.<br><br>- The pool area is shared with the owners but we only go there when the tenants are not there.
