Fully renovated, 1 Bedroom, 1st floor condo with private entrance, no-contact check-in and golf course views provides a year-round retreat for your mountain adventures.

One of the most private units in Red Pine, our secluded patio overlooking the13th Green of Canyons Golf Course and the mountains of Park City feels like you've escaped the world but none of its conveniences. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, SMART HDTV, Cable, and Sonos sound keep you connected when you want to be. Great spot to work remotely and ski for lunch!

We love to cook and our guests have enjoyed our kitchen amenities and new full size gas grill. We provide quality cookware, and utensils, food storage containers, large mixing bowls, a stand mixer, blender, citrus squeezer...the works, for all your gourmet needs! A cozy fireplace, radiant heated floors, fluffy white towels, a deep soaking tub and luxury bedding welcome you after a long day of adventure. A large gear closet, outfitted with boot warmer and ski racks, provides ample storage for everyone's equipment. Two separate bathroom vanity rooms provide personal space when lodging with friends or family. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

(**Please be sure to select the correct number of guests when booking. Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $30 fee per guest, per night, for more than 2 occupants.

If you are booking 2 guests but require the use of the sofa bed, please let us know prior to your stay. **)

The nearby clubhouse offers two heated outdoor pools, hot tubs and sauna and laundry facilities. In the summer months, enjoy tennis or beach volleyball and a grilling/picnic area.

No contact check-in via the front door entry key pad. You will be provided a code to access the unit prior to your arrival. We'll say hello via messaging to be sure you are comfortable and then let you enjoy the space. We're always available to our guests to answer any questions or concerns.

We carefully maintain our property so every guest can enjoy the upgrades we have added. We are fully licensed by Summit County and insured for your safety. We do not charge an extra cleaning fee!

OUR LOCATION
To see a closer representation of our location, search "Mountain Modern Escape" on Google Maps. From here, you can map walking distances to lifts but be aware that you can cut across the golf course to shorten the walk to the cabriolet.

We are also walking distance to the Resort Village and the Transit Center for convenient access to the Free Park City bus system.

The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained and the location provides a quiet retreat with easy access to all the fun of Park City.

CANYONS VILLAGE CONNECT: Free, On-Demand Shuttle Service can shuttle you door-to-door anywhere within Canyons Village, including the lifts.
