Arcachon in the district of the Ville d'été, right in the city centre, new duplex of 90 m2 in former nineteenth century hotel. The residence is on the 1st line (from the beach). The apartment is south facing, without sea view, in the hyper centre in a quiet area set back from the street, which is a pedestrian area in summer. It is next to the Palais des Congrès for conferences.
With this apartment you will have a secure overhead parking space.
The apartment is close to all amenities, the train station and the beach.
The beach can be reached in less than a minute, without having to cross a street.
