In a quiet area 15 minutes' walk from the town centre, this small, comfortable, air-conditioned, bright studio apartment has a terrace and secure parking in a wooded courtyard.

Close to all amenities: supermarket, shops, restaurants, cinema, media library, etc. Bus stop with direct lines to the town centre, station and TGV station.

Ideally located between the mountains of the Drôme (Vercors) and the Ardèche (caves and gorges).

► Accommodation
The queen-size bed (width 160) is located on the mezzanine accessible by a meunière ladder (⚠ beware of low ceilings!).
The second sleeping area is a convertible sofa bed with a real mattress that unfolds fully, in standard 2-seater size (width 140).

Capacity: 2/3 adults or 4 people (family with children).

This bright, fully-equipped accommodation is ideal for a short weekend break, a business trip during the week, or a longer stay where you can relax and visit Valencia and the surrounding area.

There is a dedicated work area with a desk and a good Wi-Fi connection (fibre), ideal for teleworking. And you'll appreciate the comfort of air conditioning in hot weather!

The entire studio, including its south-east-facing terrace, overlooks a quiet and pleasant flower-filled, secure courtyard.

Séjour à Valence

Beaucoup de visites de sites très beaux. Studio assez bien équipé, manque peut être un égouttoir pour la vaisselle. L idée du composte est très bonne. Mathilde est vraiment sympa et très accueillante.

friendly place

The room is tidy and clean as shown in the pictures and ok for two people. The loft bed is a bit flat. The reception is really friendly and helpful, you will instantly feel welcome. You can also get a lot of good tips and useful maps, for example for a visit to the surrounding villages. The kitchen includes the essentials. There is also a parking lot on the property. Bakery and shops are in walking distance. At night you hear the neighboring supermarket.

Studio et hôte accueillants

L'hôte de cette location est très sympathique et nous avons communiqué très facilement. Mathilde à été particulièrement arrangeante quand j'ai rencontré un souci médical. Le studio est pratique et bien situé, très au calme. Je recommande.
