Great apartment for a long weekend. Did have issues with the internet going out constantly. Rebooting the router in the bedroom fixed issue.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location yards from the river and the new Uncompahdre River Walk was perfect and convenient for walking the dog. The views out the front windows are incredible. I highly recommend this condo.

I’ve stayed at another property in this building 2 years ago which is why I chose it again. Property is well kept if a bit dated. The one glaring flaw is that no outdoor table or chairs is provided on the back deck where we like to spend time when not out and about. In addition, the folding chairs provided are very uncomfortable.
