Room wasn’t cleaned very well the hide a bed that is advertised is so u comfortable and the room doesn’t provide any sheets or blankets for it. The location it’s great however. The pool and amenities in the building are great. Except it’s hard to find a working ice maker

A big step down from the times I stayed before, I understand that the pandemic changed a lot but the towels were very linty or hard, and non absorbent, commode loose, a marathon was going on during check out , street to hotel was blocked, which meant everyone had to push their belongings across the street to parking garage, which was difficult for the elderly, really sad

Updates Needed

This room has a terrible smell, has a stained couch that needs to be replaced, a poorly stocked kitchen, bad condition floors, and mold around the master shower. I would not recommend this place unless updates and maintenance occur. We also had an issue with the staff regarding clothing that was left in the closet upon departure and was made to feel as if I made this up or stole the clothes myself. No care or concern. Very upsetting.

Loved this unit had a washer and dryer. There were several cosmetic issues which is why the rating is low. The couch was stained so we had to place a sheet on it as it felt gross. The mattress on couch was also stained. Broken lamp, floor trim and doors need cleaned/painted. Toilet handle was broken and we had to take off top to flush it each time. No dust pan but had a broom. Also we had to buy cheap skillet as none was included. Also there a few light switches which control electrical outlets. Labeling those outlets would be helpful as we couldn’t figure out why TV wasn’t working and it was because it was plugged in to the outlet controlled by switch. Master shower was nice but the light didn’t work in their either. The resort was great and all the amenities included. We still had a great stay but disappointed in the room.
