A family home built in the 18th century, fully renovated in 2016, set in a 7-hectare park, 12 km from Bordeaux, in the Entre-Deux-Mers wine region. The cottage (45 m², self-contained) can accommodate 1 to 3 adults and features a bedroom with a bed (180 x 200 cm), a living area with a sitting room and kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet. Built on one level, it features a large terrace leading out to the garden and the pool.
