Welcome to spectacular Beachside Treehouse, the best spot for your family getaway to Kiawah Island!
Lovingly referred to as "The Treehouse" due to being nestled amongst the mature maritime forest of Kiawah, allowing for optimal privacy on the expansive decks, this completely renovated ocean view home has its own private boardwalk directly to the beach. Located in one of the most desirable locations on Kiawah in the heart of the Vanderhorst Plantation, this unique home has over 2,500-square-feet of decking and screened porches on both levels to take advantage of the ocean breeze. There are three bedrooms, three baths on the first floor with an additional bedroom and bath on the second level. One of the bedrooms on the first floor is a perfect area for a group of children, with two double beds and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Each bedroom also has its own private screened-in porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Walls of windows highlight the ocean views on the second floor from the bright, well-decorated living room, dining room, and a gourmet kitchen.
The home is equipped with wireless internet throughout, in case you absolutely must work while you are here. A comfortable screened porch is conveniently located just off the kitchen and there are decks featured off both the dining and living rooms. This magnificent home, accommodating up to 10 guests, is the perfect location for a grand beach vacation. There is also a gas grill on the porch so you can enjoy the view while you prepare dinner. This property includes ample parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents. There is a garage for bike/beach gear storage as well as a handy storage bin at the end of the beach access boardwalk. A shower room just off the garage is also helpful for rinsing off after a day on the beach!
The home is centrally located to several wonderful island amenities such as Turtle Point Golf Course, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, the Sanctuary hotel/spa and restaurants, and Kiawah's famous paved bike trails.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
