Great place in Southie

Great location, close to public transit! Very clean and had everything we needed. As mentioned parking is an issue on weekdays but if you use public transit it’s all good. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and comfy apartment. My parents and I rented for marathon weekend. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Location was within easy walking distance to many restaurants and it was easy pickup for Uber to airport.

Accommodating Stay

A colleague and I stayed at the condo for a work trip at the convention center (1.2m away). The host was very accommodating and responsive; we took redeyes and were able to drop our luggage prior to checkin while we enjoyed the city. Condo had everything we needed during our stay and was very clean and updated, neighborhood was quaint and safe.

The property was lovely. One suggestion a few reading lamps would be lovely. We had to have the overhead light on when reading or in the living room after dark.
