About this property

Studio Cabine à 2mn du Centre-ville

Nice studio, located on the ground floor in a very quiet residence. Courette directly overlooking the street. Located 5 minutes walk from the cable car that takes you to the resort of Plat d'Adet. You are very close to all the entertainment and shops of the city centre.
In terms of beds, 2 bunk beds of 80cm in a small room and a 120cm Bz sofa bed in the living room.
Kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker (ground coffee), raclette set, barbecue. All necessary crockery and kitchen utensils are provided.
The bathroom with shower and toilet are separate.
A locked ski room for each apartment is located in the basement of the residence.
A parking space is reserved for you.
Prices are indicated inclusive of all taxes.
Two deposit cheques will be requested when handing over the keys to the apartment 300€ + 50€ for cleaning.

- a cleaning fee at the end of your stay (€50)
- Possibility to rent sheets, bath towels and towels for 2 people 25€/week.
