Bon rapport qualité prix Permet des vacances à prix réduit en vivant à la façon créole. La climatisation et le wifi sont un plus. Attention logement équipé pour 4 personnes. La propreté dépend surtout des occupants précédents.La personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentille.

Le bas de la Villa

Très bonne emplacement très belle vu sur le Rocher du Diamant et les voisins très accueillants....Par contre pas de ménage fait dans la maison ni pour la vaisselle !!!! Obligé de laver tous ce que l'on utilisé avant usage sans exagération vraiment ....

Bonjour, Le bas de la villa dispose de fenêtres TRADITIONNELLES pour chaque pièce avec donc des persiennes. Ouvertes elles permettent une bonne luminosité. De plus la terrasse est bien exposée. Merci beaucoup :-)

Location à éviter, logement très sale, pas de vitre aux fenêtres, aucune vue de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur, sous sol aménagé, Nous avons hésité à repartir dès notre arrivée, malheureusement le règlement était effectué.

Bonjour, Le bas dispose de la terrasse qui permet d'avoir une très belle vue . Il ne s'agit pas d'un sous sol mais du rez de chaussée.! Si vous êtes à l intérieur vous avez vue sur la terrasse et le jardin . Il y des vitres des persiennes . Cdlt

Appartement proche à pied d'une jolie plage (moins de 15 minutes), mais éloigné des commerces. Accès pas évident avec une forte pente et peu de place pour manœuvrer et garer la voiture. Propreté globale pas satisfaisante (toiles d'araignées, nettoyage pas réalisé). Electroménager vétuste et réfrigérateur sale. En arrivant, machine à laver en panne (jamais réparée), télévision en panne remplacée après 6 jours, ventilateur hors service (pas remplacé, heureusement les 2 climatiseurs fonctionnaient parfaitement), 2 lampes de chevet avec ampoules grillées (remplacées 4 jours après notre arrivée, en même temps que le balais et la pelle que nous avions signalés hors d'usage). Salles de bains à rénover, surtout les douches avec les rideaux mal fixés en mauvais état. A noter aussi que nous avons été dérangés par de la musique diffusée très fort pendant toute une nuit et un matin dès 5 heure !

Bonjour, Pas de problème pour se garé pour un conducteur régulier (ce point jamais remonté). Désolés pour la propreté et la télévision qui était en panne (machine ok) Le quartier est très calme en général. Les commerces sont au maximum à 10 min en voiture (Bourg de Rivière pilote, Sainte Luce , Le marin) ce qui est très proche . Cdlt
