This is a great place to stay, close to everything-St Armands Circle, Lido beach, botanical gardens, Bayfront, Siesta Key beach. Check in and out were easy, host is quick to reply. Kitchen is well stocked, liked having a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Made a lot of use of the lanai.

Perfect 1st floor location, 2 minutes from pool/clubhouse library.

Residents were open and very friendly. We enjoyed a dinner and entertainment night as well as a trivia BBQ night at the clubhouse/pool. Chris was very responsive whenever needed. Adequate Kitchenware, bedding and towels and starting paper products were appreciated

The condo was lovely. Clean and spacious. Its location was the best for our liking. Walking distance was easy to the Gardens, Marina, Baywalk and Main Street. We didn't use the Bay Runner trolley, but it looked like fun. 5 stars all around. Bill and Lola

The condo was clean, bright, cheery and location perfect. We bring our E Bikes and were able to ride just about everywhere. Walking distance to Main Street, rode bikes to Lido Beach or can take free trolley. Greg the property manager was always fast and efficient to respond! 30 days in Sarasota in April.

1st time getting away for a month. 1st time using VRBO. The entire process was easy and enjoyable. The Sarasota location was perfect for us to explore the golf coast from Clearwater to Naples and everything inbetween. This condo in Central Park II was convenient to everything. We walked to the bay front park and to Main Street with all of its shops and restaurants. Several famous beaches were a short / easy drive away. Central Park II also had a wonderful heated pool and hot tub for those time when we just wanted to relax around the condo. The grocery store directly across the street was very convenient. The Condo owner was great to deal with and easy to contact. We would definitely rent this condo again if we decide to return to Sarasota. (There are so many places to see in our country! )

One Month Rental Central Park 2 Condominium

I just returned from the most lovely and peaceful vacation of my life. The condo was a perfect size for a family of four, was immaculate, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, including a state of the art refrigerator and microwave. The highlight of every day was walking around the lake to spot wildlife, and behind the lake was the bayou where I often spotted manatees and jumping fish. The pool area was also a favorite spot. Central Park was very convenient to travel to either Siesta Beach, Lido beach, food shopping right across the street, and an easy walk to the Bayfront and Main Street. My host, Gregory, was absolutely fantastic !! I messaged him many times and he responded immediately. He has set the bar very high for other Vrbo hosts I encounter. Thankyou Gregory for helping to make this a vacation of a lifetime. I would love to come back !!!

A great month in Sarasota

We felt very safe in the complex, there were a lot of security cameras and well lit parking. It was the perfect space for two of us, each had our own bedroom. Great location, close to grocery store and shopping. The condo was very well appointed. Very comfortable and the owner was very responsive if we had a concern. Several beach towels were provided. Choose from several amazing beaches just 15-20 minute drive.
