We are offering this magnificent country house in the woods, complete with a heated swimming pool, for rent in the village of Inguiniel. It has a floor area of 270 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a large 48 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and you can enjoy a huge garden. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 48 m² living room with high ceilings, featuring sofas, a fireplace (wood provided), a TV, etc.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: a working fireplace, electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, and Nespresso pod coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (140×200) with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath and a toilet.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath
- 2 separate toilets
- 1 shower
- Under the stairs: 1 utility cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron
- Behind the kitchen: 1 utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse and broom cupboard

Upstairs:
- A mezzanine-level office/library area overlooking the living room.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 5: two single beds that can be joined to form a large bed (160×190).

- A swimming pool (private, heated) measuring 11×3.30m, complete with an electric cover. It is open from 1 May to 30 September (weather permitting).

- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days, complete with a barbecue and griddle.

The house is ideally situated in the village of Inguiniel, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting on a private road. The house is surrounded by woodland perfect for walks and relaxation; only the sound of birdsong will keep you company. However, you’ll have access to all essential shops within about fifteen minutes.

Activities:
The village of Inguiniel, lush and hilly, stretching from north to south for a good fifteen kilometres as the crow flies, offers hikers a variety of trails, woodland paths, forests, hamlets and villages, farms and paths along the banks of the Scorff, which are a pleasure to explore.
- Beaches are just 40 minutes’ drive away.
- The Lann Bourgeol communal forest features an orienteering course.
- Kayaking on the Blavet.
- Lorient, a City of Art and History and France’s second-largest fishing port, is 30 minutes’ drive away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Lanvaudan station, 9.5 km away (12 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud Airport, 35 km away (35 minutes by car)

Other notes:
- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is provided
- Pets are not permitted.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- No unauthorised parties or gatherings on the premises.
- To ensure peace and quiet and out of respect for the neighbours, please avoid making noise between 10 pm and 7 am.
- The property is strictly non-smoking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
