Frida - 2 chambres - Balcon

We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Toulouse, this charming flat of a surface of 54 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room, facing west, of 15 m² including a TV lounge and a dining table. Access to the balcony overlooking the Brienne canal.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140×190) and dressing room, one facing west with access to the balcony, the other facing east.
- A bathroom with shower and double washbasin
- A separate toilet

Neighbourhood
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment, with a view on the Brienne canal.
15 min walk from the city centre of Toulouse.
10 min walk to the faculties and the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE).
5 min walk from the Toulouse Business School (TBS) and the Faculty of Law.

For visits, you are a stone's throw away from the Place du Capitole, the Place Saint Pierre, the Quai de la Daurade, the Saint Cyprien district, the possibility of taking a boat trip on the Brienne canal, jogging on the banks of the canal.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available near the building.

Balconies offer great views with shade. How’s was very responsive when we needed help and the apartment was very secure but easy to get in to. Great stay and would definitely book again.

Frida "We stayed at this place for a week. The place is within walking distance to city centre and public transport. Takes only 20 minutes to the airport by navette bus. The only thing to keep in mind as this is the apartment, you might hear the neighbours. Really enjoy the terrace, everything was spotless clean, comfortable beds, the kitchen has lots of amenities, bathroom has two sinks which is a nice touch. Overall, I would book the place again if I come back next time to Toulouse."

Frida The flat was comfortable and well equipped (although oven gloves would have been appreciated!) The balcony was very pleasant and the main bedroom was very spacious with lots of cupboard space. We were able to walk to the city centre but public transport was easily accessible too. The riverside location was lovely. There is a lot of traffic noise, but the flat is situated near the centre of the fourth biggest city in France so it’s not really surprising! I would definitely recommend the flat for visiting the city.

Frida "They helped us to check in earlier than the usual time, which was nice. House is well located with a nice view , clean and appliances were almost new. Unfortunately the flat is colder than the outside,we asked for 2 extra blankets when we checked in but the company couldn’t provide any ( although they are proud of having many flats and the payment which I did was enough to buy if they wanted to ) , we got cold after the 2nd night. Furthermore 2 bed/mattress is not suitable for people who are taller than 180cm. Your foot literally pops out and you can’t fully rest. Otherwise my overall experience is not bad…"

Frida Piso muy recomendable cerca del centro de Toulouse, al que se puede acceder bordeando el canal de Brienne y el río. Los espacios comunes del edificio están bastante dejados, pero el interior del piso está perfecto y tiene todas las comodidades.
