Last minute promotion March April 2024!<br>For a weekend or a few days, enjoy the charm of a cottage of character in the heart of the Loire Valley castles region, at the crossroads of Sologne, Touraine and Berry, in the immediate vicinity of the Beauval zoo-park.<br>In an exceptional setting, the Bonneuil cottage is an old farmhouse restored to an authentic style and fitted out to accommodate up to 15 people with all modern comforts. Extra beds can be provided.<br>In all seasons, we welcome you for a stay based on a change of scenery, relaxation, and well-being thanks to its large indoor and outdoor spaces – large swimming pool closed by shutters and heated from May to September, large dining area / open kitchen, living room and games areas: American billiards, table football, ping-pong table – and the possibilities of walks in the heart of a preserved nature and game at the very door of the cottage: the access road marks the dike of the Bonneuil pond (30 ha) which shelters, among other things, according to the seasons, ducks, grebes, white egrets, herons, moorhens and white swans; it is bordered to the north by the Motheux forest and to the south by agricultural land and the Bonneuil wood where it is common to see deer, hares, pheasants or partridges.<br>Due to its location, many tourist and sporting activities are possible: visits to the region, its exceptional sites (Beauval zoo-park), its castles (Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Valençay, Amboise, Chaumont, Blois), bike rides, canoeing, very beautiful 18 or 27-hole golf courses nearby.<br>The Residence:<br>The layouts of the house and its surroundings have been designed to best meet the needs of our guests and make them want to come back and discover other aspects of our beautiful tourist and gastronomic region.<br>We have chosen to adapt the entire ground floor and the surroundings of the house in order to be able to accommodate people with reduced mobility. One bedroom has been specially fitted out with its appropriate shower room and toilet.<br>Particular attention was also paid to the design of the house in order to promote water and electricity savings: Natural lighting; Reinforced insulation of the house; Insulation of the swimming pool; Geothermal underfloor heating; Water savers.<br>The many glass openings allow you to take full advantage of the natural light, helping to create a very warm atmosphere in each of the spaces.<br>The ground floor is composed of: 1 large space forming a living / dining room, 1 kitchen and scullery, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room, 1 TV room, 1 guest toilet and 1 laundry room.<br>The ground floor consists of: 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets, 2 shower rooms, one with toilets, 1 separate toilet and 2 storage rooms.<br>The living room with a large fireplace, American billiards, soft armchairs and sofas and a sound system, will allow the older ones to spend pleasant and warm evenings while the youngest can watch a film or play table football in the TV lounge.<br>The kitchen, open to the dining room, and the back kitchen, has been designed to make this space a perfectly equipped friendly place. In addition to a wide choice of utensils and small appliances, you will find 2 ovens and 1 microwave, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer. In addition, you will find in the laundry room 1 washing machine, 1 dryer and ironing facilities.<br>Each of the bedrooms has 2 beds 90×200 which can be perfectly paired to transform into a double bed 180×200. Baby cots can be made available on request, as well as a changing table.<br>Particular care has been taken with the bedding, which we wanted to be of high quality and adaptable to the size of the bed in order to offer you a pleasant sleep.<br>Each room also has its own set of personalised towels to bring a little touch of originality.<br>The bathrooms are equipped with either a bathtub/shower or a shower in order to best meet the needs and tastes of young and old.<br>The rooms:<br>"Butterfly Room": Located on the ground floor, it faces east.
