Welcome to the Splendid Cottage located at #11 Coast Cottage Lane Saint Simons Island, Ga. Coast Cottages is one of the most sought after vacation areas on Saint Simons. There are two community pools located at the end of the street along with a private gated boardwalk that leads to one of the best beaches on the island. This cottage is situated with four bedrooms and three and one half baths. Located on the first floor are three guest bedrooms. In the first you have two sets of bunks with trundle beds beneath. The second and third guest room both have queen size beds. Walking up the stairs you will arrive on the second floor. Here you will find a good size living area, kitchen and dining area. There is an eating bar that seats five plus a dining table that seats eight. The kitchen has all stainless appliances and is fully stocked with everything that your family will need during your stay. Also located on this floor is the main living area with flat screen television and a huge front porch with table and seating for four along with lounging chairs and side tables. On the back porch located off the kitchen there is another eating table for four along with extra seating. Up the stairs to the third floor is where you will find the master suite. The master suite has a king sized bed, large bath area with walk in shower, garden tub and two sinks. Off the master you will find a covered porch with sitting chairs and a porch swing, perfect for enjoying that early morning cup of coffee or a private getaway to catch up on your latest novel.
