La Barnière - Crupies

It is in an exceptional environment that the old farm "La Barnière" in Crupies was completely restored in 2011 with care and using high quality materials.

The building dating from the 19th century in natural stone, which became a large spacious and very bright house after the renovation, offers many very pleasant spaces including a very large dining room, a very spacious equipped kitchen of high standing, a large cloakroom, several living rooms and has about ten bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The equally pleasant outdoor spaces offer several places to relax and play including a terrace shaded by two old plane trees, a 4m x 16m swimming pool surrounded by a large sun terrace and a very large garden.

The house is isolated with only one neighbour nearby. Out of respect for his peace and that of his animals, parties are not allowed, nor noise outside after a certain time nor music too loud inside.

Ground floor: Several living rooms opening onto the outdoor terrace, kitchen open to the dining room very well equipped for large groups. Billiards room / table football, TV room


1st floor: 7 bedrooms including: - 3 double bedrooms (1x160 / 2x180); 1 bedroom with three single beds; 3 bedrooms with two single beds. 4 bathrooms


2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds + 1 bathroom.


** Household linen at an additional cost: €12.5 per single bed / €25 per double bed. The linen includes sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats. If you want the beds to be ready on arrival, there is an extra charge of €50


** You will be asked to pay an extra charge of €35 if you wish to bring your pet.



** Coffee maker available in the house: family filter coffee maker + Senséo coffee maker (paper pods)


**If the maximum number of guests is reached, we limit the number of infants to 2 for each booking. If the number of occupants (adults + children) exceeds the maximum capacity allowed then the booking will be cancelled with no refund possible.



** Basic necessities are provided for your arrival (dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc.). The tenant must plan for the rest of the stay.



** Departures are before 10am. When possible, we can allow a departure until 12pm. Beyond that, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ per adult to enjoy the premises within the limit of 5pm.

** The accommodation is equipped with a noise detector. The owner or manager reserves the right to withhold compensation from the deposit or cancel the booking in case of abuse.
