Located in the Atlantic / North Atlantic Centre of the island, at the Robert and more precisely at the Vert-Pré, in the freshness of the hills and far from the smells of Sargasso algae, this spacious and ventilated apartment of about 40 m2, is located at the bottom of the villa. It is located in a very quiet family development. You will have a parking space right in front of the apartment.

Nearby:

Departure docks to the Ilets du Robert and nautical trips 5/10 minutes by car, or to the white bottoms of François 15/20 minutes by car.

Beaches of Trinité (Cosmy, Raisiniers) and Tartane with surf spot 15 / 20 minutes away by car. In Tartane you can also hike the Caravelle or visit the ruins of the Château Dubuc.

Habitation Saint-Étienne in Gros-Morne at 10 / 15 minutes by car, Habitation Clément at Le François at 20 minutes by car, Distillery A1710 at Le François at 20 minutes by car. Saint-James Distillery and Museum in Sainte-Marie at 20 minutes by car.
Morne des Esses basketry 20 minutes away by car.

A little further away in the Vauclin, a good 30 minutes by car: La Pointe Faula and its water sports centre, the Lion's Parc ideal with children (easy and safe tree climbing, short circuit).

Small shops 2 minutes away by car (pizzeria in the evening, takeaway meals during the day and sometimes in the evening, bakery, petrol station). Hypermarket 5 minutes by car (Océanis Shopping and Medical Centre, Créolis Shopping Centre), fast food, sports shop.

Markets: Fruit and vegetables in Gros-Morne, Robert and Trinité, depending on the day, fish market on some days in Robert, but more full and regular in Trinité (Cosmy or Tartane).

Distance to Saint-Pierre, Carbet, Prêcheur: a good hour by car, same for the beaches of Marin, Sainte-Anne, Anse d'Arlets, a little less for Sainte-Luce, Trois-Ilets, Diamant. Distance to Fort-de-France: 25 to 45 min depending on traffic.

The apartment is not air-conditioned, but it is located on the heights of Vert-Pré, a hamlet known for its coolness and exposure to the trade winds. It is equipped with 2 powerful fans, one for each room, and a fan in the living room. There is a mosquito net for each bed.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement très propre avec du matériel de bonne qualité. Dans un calme très reposant au milieu de la nature, nous avons été accueillis par Cynthia et son époux très chaleureusement avec de petites attentions : produit anti-moustiques à disposition, petites savonnettes parfumées...... Nous recommandons cet hébergement de façon enthousiaste.

Tranquillité

Nous avons passés un super séjour (3 semaines) la gerante (Cynthia) est aux petits soins et très prevenante. Le logement est conforme a la description et tres bien équipé...tout est la vous n'avez plus qu'à vous installer. Je recommande fortement et reviendrai sûrement lors d'un autre séjour.
