Floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. Cleaning included in the price under Gîtes de France Bretagne conditions. Courtyard, land of 15,000 m² and shared parking. Independent gîte near a farm, located in a small hamlet of 4 accommodations, including the owner's home, another gîte for 2 people (22G321308) and a gîte for 4 people (22G321310). You will appreciate the 1.5 ha exteriors, with shared courtyard, lawn and parking for all accommodations. Thanks to its private lawn area you will enjoy the garden furniture when returning from your visits. Visiting Quintin, just 9 km away, is like taking a trip back in time, tasting castle life during a candlelit dinner. The Château de Quintin also appeals to the imagination, transforming into a life-size cluedo during murder parties. Intense, we tell you! Around Quintin, two exceptional sites with preserved nature: the Landes de Lanfains and the Chaos du Gouët. Let time flow.
