Cozy beach house in a prime spot

The location was perfect. 5 min from Duffers, 5 min from the boardwalk. Perfect size for a family of 4 ( 2 kids under 7 ). Would definitely rent this property again.

Great Place - Great Location

A small but nice beach cottage in a great location close to the Wildwood boardwalk and beach. Although there was no onsite parking I was able to find street parking each night on the street in front of the house. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the small front porch and watching the world go by.

Perfect spot!

I met my sisters in Wildwood for a fun little beach weekend and we all were delighted with our stay at the Villa! It’s a perfect location and it was super clean! With having a baby just starting to crawl, clean floors are always a concern of mine, and the floors and bathroom were spotless! Thank you so much! Welcome to Villa Di Viggiano. We are Frank and Pennie Viggiano and our kids. We are from Minnesota with strong family ties to both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Frank grew up in Philadelphia and spent summers as a child in Wildwood and we have visited many times as we come home to be with family and friends. We are so excited to have our permanent home at the shore and to a share it with you.

We love this property because of the immediate access to outside from every villa and the central plaza where all can join together. It offers to the chance to stay at one villa or to use/rent all 4 for larger family gatherings.
