Experience the S. Tampa life. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars and only blocks from the neighborhood park. Just minutes from everything in Tampa; downtown, Channel Side, Hyde Park, Raymond James, waterfront restaurants, Ybor City, Bayshore Blvd. and centrally locate to take bridges to St. Petersburg and the beaches .
4 bedrooms/2 bath, high ceilings, great backyard with 4 person hot tub; smart TVs in every bedroom/WiFi; large open kitchen, washer/dryer, piano, large salt water aquarium, 3 porches perfect for enjoying your favorite book or morning coffee; long driveway with carport with lots of parking space. 4th bedroom is an office space with a pull out sofa/master suite adjacent to the back porch. 1 King bed 2 Queen beds. Two twin mattresses in the office closet if needed.

Our family loves South Tampa, but we also love getting out and seeing new places. We hope you have a good time while you are here.
Why they chose this property
This is a great home for adults and kids. We love to spend time in our back yard and on the back porch. It is a nice, yet comfortable home with large areas for gathering and spending time together. We love to cook so there are lots spices and accoutrement. There is an outdoor heater and grill that are old and difficult to work, but functional. If you want to use them, you will need to call us.
