Welcome to our Hillside Cottage at La Casa Resort! Enjoy stunning 180° Lake Okanagan views, 3 king-size memory foam beds, modern living, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, BBQ, fire pits, hammocks and a family-friendly backyard.

Visiting in the off-season or winter? Enjoy a peaceful Okanagan getaway with beautiful lake views, hiking, wine tasting and cozy evenings away from the summer crowds.

*The Space*
Our cottage has an open-concept main floor with a beautiful living room, fully equipped kitchen, king bedroom and full bathroom with both a tub and shower.

Downstairs you'll find another king bedroom, a separate living area with a 65" Smart TV, pull-out couch and board/card games — a great space for kids to hang out.

The loft has a king-size bed and is accessed by ladder only. Please see the listing photos.

*Outdoor Spaces*
Enjoy two outdoor areas:

Upper deck: BBQ, outdoor dining, propane firepit and beautiful lake views
Covered patio: Hammocks, comfortable seating and propane fire pit
Backyard: Artificial turf with space for kids and outdoor games

Relax in the hammocks, enjoy a BBQ or gather around the fire pit under the stars!

*La Casa Resort*
Guests have access to La Casa's many resort amenities, including:

- 2 pools & 3 hot tubs
- Mini golf

- Tennis & pickleball

The upper pool and hot tub are within walking distance of our cottage!

We also provide a set of 4 pickleball paddles + ball and 4 mini golf clubs + balls. Additional equipment can be rented at La Casa Market.

*Food & Dining*
La Casa Market & Kitchen is located right in the resort and offers groceries, take & bake items, coffee, ice cream, liquor and a full restaurant serving breakfast, burgers, pizza, wings and more.

We recommend bringing most of your groceries with you, as the market has limited stock. Full grocery stores are approximately 40–50 minutes away, and Save-On-Foods in West Kelowna also offers grocery delivery to the cottage.

*Guest Access*
This is a self-check-in property.

Once your guest registration and rental agreement forms have been completed, you'll receive all the information you need to access the property.

*Other Things To Note*
La Casa is a seasonal resort, so some amenities are limited or unavailable during the off-season. The cottage itself is fully open year-round and is a wonderful home base for enjoying a quieter Okanagan getaway. Current schedules may change, so please confirm availability with us upon booking.

Pools & hot tubs: open May–Thanksgiving

Activities park: April–Thanksgiving
Aqua park: May long weekend–September 15
Kayak, SUP, e-bike & golf cart rentals: May 15–September 15

Aqua park users must sign a waiver. Life jackets are required for children ages 5–12 and can be rented from La Casa Market.

Getting around: A vehicle is highly recommended. Our cottage is at the top of the hill, approximately 7 minutes from the beach. Golf carts are available to rent. Golf carts can be rented through Sandbagger Golf Carts, subject to availability.

Beach: La Casa's private beach is rocky, so water shoes are recommended.

House rules: No parties, smoking, pets or unauthorized guests. All visitors must be approved in advance. Outdoor security cameras are located around the property.

Maximum occupancy: La Casa allows a maximum of 8 people per cottage, including children and infants. This rule is strictly enforced and overcapacity may result in fines.
