Bien situé, agréable, grand et lumineux. Attention si c'est des critères importants : balcon très petit (1/2 m2 ?) et vue sur mer effectivement petite. Mais le port, la mer, les possibilités de s'installer sur des bancs, murets, terrasses, sont nombreuses et très proches en sortant.
