Beautiful modern villa 2 steps from the A8 motorway entrances to Monaco and Antibes. Fitted kitchen open to living room. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, small swimming pool and large terrace and parking space on site. Camera at the entrance of the gate and view of the parking site. The house is air-conditioned, wifi, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, hob and equipment, washing machine and iron. Sheets and towels are available.
