We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. We’d be happy to host you again!
Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Vermont. The house was clean, spacious, and very well appointed. Each of us had our own space to relax, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the gourmet kitchen, which was fully equipped for family meals and made cooking a joy. The peaceful sounds of the bubbling brook and the nearby nature trails created a truly relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the deck, enjoying the fresh air and scenic surroundings. The location was ideal, with just a short drive to Quechee and Woodstock, with plenty to explore. We would absolutely stay here again!
The house was great and perfect for the holidays. We would recommend to anyone, and hope to return again in the summer. Very warm, clean and picturesque!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. We hope to have you again.
We have been staying at this lovely house for the last several years. It’s perfect in every way!! Close to the mountain, restaurants, and shops. Comfortable and cozy - a perfect ski trip with our families that we look forward to every February. Thanks again!!
Super clean, private spot with the sound of the brook as background music. Chef's kitchen that we took advantage of (check out the butcher shop in Woodstock). The host was great with communication and a bit of flexibility. We hiked, explored breweries and distilleries, restaurants and Woodstock. A great stay.
The property was very nice. It met all of our needs. We decided to try something new this time. Fathers and teen sons. We enjoyed traversing the mountain that's part of the property. We had a great time while we were in the home. Close proximity to our ice fishing venture! Good memories!
This home was a wonderful retreat for our family stay. Photos were accurate and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need to enjoy some meals in. Host was quick to answer any questions we posed most of which we had because we don’t believe in “snooping” into others closets.
Fireplace was so nice on the cool nights. Star gazing on the back deck…. Incredible!
Bird watching and the owl hooting , perfect.
My only comment would be that the beds are extremely firm which were tough on our older bones as they had no type of topper that would make them more comfortable.
Nice little grocery store (Jake’s Market) close by that had everything we needed for some homemade meals.
Great location to explore the area with easy access to highways and the local roads made for beautiful drives.
We enjoyed some local shopping and restaurants which were all farm-to-table. We wished we had more time to sample others. I would skip the Skinny Pancake next to Jake’s Market! Enough said on that one!
We all agreed we would enjoy the home again on a future stay!
Thank you to our host for sharing their lovely cabin.
Our whole family had an amazing time in this home! Beautiful log cabin with tons of room for everyone! So well done! Quechee Mtn less then 10 mins away. Fantastic snow shoeing on the property ( 40 acres), The home was so comfortable, beautiful stone fireplace that we loved, great kitchen with everything you need, lower level has ping pong and pool table, that was so much fun! Owner was always quick to help and answer any questions! We will definitely come back!
We were there for the first cold and snowy weekend of the season. The house had everything we needed to stay comfortable and Queechee is just a little ways down the road for provisions.
This is a lovely log cabin set on beautiful acreage near Quechee. You can hear the brook running nearby. The home and furnishings are comfortable. It has a very nice kitchen with high end appliances. There are some stairs that might not be clear in the photos. The washing machine and dryer as well as pool/ping pong table are in the basement. My family who went down to the brook and took the trails on the property said they were overgrown and hard to navigate. I rate this a 5 star.

We are happy you enjoyed your stay! We will be sure to explain the main trail better in the future. We are sorry if you found some parts were overgrown. We have had a lot of rain this summer, but will be sure the trail is easier to navigate.
My husband and friends and I absolutely LOVED this house. The house was so clean, elegant and peaceful and perfectly represented the beautiful natural environment surrounding it. We loved the view from the back porch and all that the surrounding areas had to offer. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
This is a phenomenal location, the house is large and clean and situated on an incredible spot with lots of places to explore and hike. It's also super close to some great Ski resorts, restaurants and great local spots. Highly recommended!
