This house is ideal for relaxing by the sea with family or friends, numerous beaches nearby, marina and town centre of Jard sur Mer 1 km away (shops, pedestrian streets in summer).

Many walks on foot or by bike via cycle paths.



House on two levels consisting of 4 bedrooms, 6 sleeping spaces.

The entire house is at your disposal with numerous storage areas.

Bed and toilet linen is provided (beds made), bath mats and tea towels also included.

We had a two-week holiday and enjoyed it. The house was a good size for only two people, but if it was 8 then it would be a little cramped. The kitchen needs updating to bring it up to reasonable standards. As a location it was perfect with a short walk to the beach, forest or shops and restaurants.

Familienurlaub

Nach einer langen Anreise wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. Leider wurden auch dann erst die Jalousien hochgezogen und die Fenster geöffnet. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und ein neuer Anstrich und Reparaturen, z.B an der Dachterrasse, wären von Nöten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts! Jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Geschirr und Töpfe waren teilweise schmutzig, auf den Betten Haare, in den Ecken Schmutz, im Nachtschrank lag noch eine Packung Kondome, ... Die Bettwäsche ist inklusive, sie war frisch gewaschen, leider fehlte ein Bettlaken. Das Grundstück ist teilweise gut umzäunt, auf einigen Metern fehlt jedoch der Zaun und es gibt nur eine kleine, wenige Zentimeter große Mauer. In der Umgebung waren kleinere Geschäfte, die man fußläufig erreichen konnte und Markt, der nächste Supermarkt in wenigen Fahrminuten. Die Nähe zum Strand war zwar nicht so wie auf den Fotos suggeriert, aber man war nach wenigen Gehminuten am Strand und einem Wald. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin/Verwalterin war etwas komisch. Eine Frage während des Aufenthaltes wurde sofort per SMS beantwortet, auf die Nachricht, dass wir um 9 Uhr statt um 10 Uhr abreisen, kam nichts. Wir sind zur genannten Zeit abgereist und haben den Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten hinterlegt. Bis heute kam keine Reaktion. Wir hatten trotz allem einen sehr schönen Urlaub!!!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances. Grands et petits ont été charmés par la maison et le jardin, le calme et la proximité de la plage. Bref, cadre idéal pour un séjour en famille.

Logement bien situé (très proche de la mer), petit souci à l'arrivée (les lits ne sont pas faits, dommage, et les draps ne correspondaient à la grandeur des lits..., il manquait des torchons et essuies mains, et ce n'est pas forcément très propre..), mais il ne manque rien d'autre pour passer un super séjour, le terrain est bien clos, les voisins n'étaient pas dérangeant (absents), il y a une cheminée qui fonctionne bien et ce qu'il faut pour faire un barbecue !! Je recommande ce logement où nous avons été bien accueillis !!!
