Romantic finca - 25 min. from Marbella

The house is beautifully situated on a hilltop between Coin and Guaro, a typical Andalusian, white mountain village.

The rustic style finca has been partially renovated and equipped with numerous decorative details. The house was built on one level and is approximately 100m² in size. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. In the bathrooms there is a shower and a toilet. In the spacious living and dining area there is the open kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a fireplace, satellite TV, internet, air conditioning and a large dining table.

From the property you can enjoy a 360º panoramic view of the mountains of the Sierra de las Nieves. The pool and a barbecue corner are located in the invisible garden. Also a fruit and vegetable cultivation u. a. with oranges, lemons, avocados, apples, pears, etc. V. M. is available on the property. You will also find numerous almond and olive trees here.

You are just a few minutes from the center of Coin with all its shops. The international airport of Malaga is in 35 min. reachable. The well-known holiday resort of Marbella with numerous sandy beaches and golf courses is approx. 25 min. away.
