Lovingly furnished Art Nouveau apartment in a Wilhelminian style house
You live in a renovated private apartment in a town house from the Wilhelminian style built in Art Nouveau style in the 3rd District of Vienna in the city center. The great location on the third floor and corner apartment gives you an unobstructed view of the Danube Canal.
In 5 minutes you can walk to the Rochusmarkt (underground station Rochusgasse) from where the U3 takes you to Stephansplatz in a few minutes. The Belvedere Palace and the Hundertwasser House Vienna can also be reached by a short walk.
The proximity to the airport and the Vienna Prater with the popular amusement park 'Wurstelprater' and the famous Vienna Ferris wheel, its forests and meadows round off the top location. The recreation area is ideal for long walks or jogging.
The Danube Canal (jogging, cycling, excursion boats) is also on the doorstep! The Vienna exhibition center can be reached quickly on foot, in public or by car. In the nearby area you will find everything you need for daily needs: banks, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, laundry, petrol station, children's playground, restaurants and cafes, etc.
The apartment consists of an entrance area, living room with dining area, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet. Elevator directly in front of the apartment entrance door.
Living room: The living room contains a large, pull-out couch that can also be used as a double bed, a recliner and coffee table, stereo and a dining area.
Bedroom: A double bed (200 cm wide), bedside tables with lights and wardrobe. An extra mattress for the 5th Person is present.
Kitchen: The kitchen is perfect and high quality with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, gas stove, , cutting machine, kettle, toaster etc. equipped. Of course you will also find dishes, glasses and cooking utensils.
Bathroom: corner bath tub, hand wash basin, mirror, hair dryer and sufficient towels are available. Separate toilet.
Extras: Internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine / dryer. There are also electric blinds that can be controlled by a remote control. A Nespresso coffee machine - coffee capsules are also available and can be used for a price of EUR 1,â per piece.
