A good property
Overall the stay was good. Some constructive feedback though. We arrived much later than expected because of very bad traffic into the resort. This led to us missing picking up the keys from the agency during the day. As such, we had to navigate finding and picking up the keys from the agency when it was closed which was difficult in the dark and then we really struggled to find the property. I would suggest sending customers a plan for how to find the keys and a map of how to find the apartment. This should include where the elevators are and the code into the apartment building. Remember some guest will not have a phone, google maps or email. Also they could be arriving at night in the dark. The other problem we experienced during our stay was a lack of hot water. It was sometimes hot in the evening but rarely in the morning. The agency did try to fix this. Finally, I believe the description said the apartment would have wifi, this was not the case. Wifi is not available in this apartment. In all other areas we were happy with the accommodation and felt it was as described. The location was as expected and the agency managing the property was very helpful as such overall we enjoyed our stay.
