Beautiful freshly remodeled condo close to the lake ,boat launches ,London bridge and all that Lake Havasu city has to offer .Two parking spots one covered for your car and extra long spot for your boat and keep your truck connected beach chairs, noodles and towels are available this is our vacation spot we use it often but when we’re not we open it up to people to enjoy please respect our property

The property was in a good location with convenient parking. The unit was nice and clean. It was well stocked with paper and cleaning products. The kitchen needs to have the pans upgraded. A negative was the noise from the apartment upstairs. There was lots of walking and pounding noise.

Great location close to everything!! Lake view and sunsets were amazing. Sheets on bed were scratchy and definitely need to be replaced with new ones, which was a little disappointing but at least they were cotton. Bed was very comfortable once we figured out the 2nd day that the middle bar was broken. We fixed it and it was much better the 3rd night. Would definitely come back.

This condo is in a great location. In the heart of all the activities. We actually had front row seats to the Havasu Balloon Fest and even though high winds prevented official launches most days we got day 1 in and saw lots of unofficial flying by many balloons. Easy in and out of Havasu for day trips. Condo was neat and clean. Thanks William.
