This is a indeed a spacious home in an ideal location with a new and very lovely outdoor pool and dining area as described. Apart from the outdoor space, however, this is a just a big builder house waiting on the market for a buyer to replace Wobbly faucets, worn out drawers, and cupboards loose on hinges, etc. all at end of life. Very "vacation rental" vibe for the price range.

Family vacation

This is one of the few homes that was more beautiful in person than the pictures. Wonderful location. We had a few unexpected and unintentional issues that were addressed immediately. Highly recommend.

Great property, iffy management

The house is terrific, but we had a problem with the management company ESPM. The built-in SubZero kitchen refrigerator doesn't seal fully. ESPM was aware of this before we moved in, but they didn't tell us until we noticed that after a day of use, the fridge had gotten far too warm (60 degrees F) and complained. Only then did ESPM inform us that they were already aware of the issue and had ordered a replacement part, but it hadn't arrived. We ended up using the garage and cabana fridges instead, which was a nuisance. I wouldn't have minded too much if they'd informed us in advance, but the fact that they knew about this and didn't tell us was just plain irresponsible. Our food could have spoiled. And since there were a lot of us, we're talking a lot of food. On Thanksgiving no less. I'd rent here again only if the house owners found a more responsible management company.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the miscommunication. The fridge was working prior to arrival upon our normal checks but some previous guests had mentioned the seal could be a problem so went ahead and had an appliance tech come and order a new seal just in case to be safe but it had not come in yet for us to install. The fridge just has a hard time sealing (common issue in that particular appliance) which we explained about making sure the door is shut properly to ensure food stays cold. Putting a whole load of warm groceries into an empty fridge definitely makes the temp rise quickly as well and spreading the groceries out is a great idea if possible. Since it was cooling prior to arrival we did not mention it but once you asked about it we gave suggestions on how to ensure it works properly. When asked about sending a tech we did mention one had already been out to order a new seal and we do have the extra fridge on hand just in case the seal is still not working after the suggestions. I am sorry that was not explained earlier or more appropriately, the owners are aware and the fridge has the new seal and is working well. Its a fantastic property and I'd hate you to overlook it for future trips as the single issue you had during your trip has now been repaired.

Beautiful home perfect for a large group

It was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to spread out. The pool is beautiful and the perfect way to start the day with an eager to swim 3 year old. The kitchen is large and includes 2 dishwashers, which I initially thought was such an extravagance until we used both daily!

Perfect for a large family

It is very well stocked with spices, cooking pans, storage containers, and many other kitchen necessities. The house has 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers which we did not realize before arrival. This was very convenient for a large group like ours. The pool was great and the view was amazing. I would highly recommend this house! I gave the property management 3 stars because we called several times before our arrival with questions and the person answering the phone was not very helpful. It's hard when planning for such a large group and knowing what is in the house would be beneficial. We certainly overpacked the kitchen items because we didn't know the house was so well stocked. Overall, this is a great house!

Reviewer Comments: Some items to address during our stay:1.Pool heat was not turned on until the 3rd day of our stay.2.Master bedroom and upstairs lounge room TV's did not work at all. Outside TV had limited connection (Big reason we rented the house was outdoor-area).3.Outside fireplace did not work at all. Grill took 20 minutes to get to 400 degrees.4.Kitchen fridge did not stay cold.5.Need more outside trash cans.Overall the house was great and very well stocked.I do hope in the future the management can address these issues before guests arrive.We do look forward to renting through ESPM again.

However, was disappointed that wifi was not working and a temporary set up had to be established for access in the living room only. This impacted the use of the outdoor TV and outdoor space as it was not functional, as we had to be in living room to use any wifi. Management company was responsive to at least find a temporary fix, but owner was not understanding of its impact as dismissed several requests for credit. We booked the house for the outdoor space so that put a damper on its use. .

The home is very well appointed dor a rental. The pool, outdoor kitchen, & living space was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The baby loves water and had a ball on the sun ledge, as well as floating and splashing in her float. Our daughter-in-law was able to work, remotely, from the lovely office, tho lost internet service a few times. The internet was spotty for all of us, in fact.

Amazing view and experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and i needed to rent a home quickly and the team at ESPM was incredibly understanding and helpful. The house looks even better in person. We ended up having 6 adults and 6 kids on and off and everyone was comfortable. There was no TV for kids in bunk room which i liked b/c they had to be with us more.The outdoor space is the focus of the home and it does not disappoint. Great pool for lounging where you can watch sports from the water. The view is even better and never got old. Finally, the beach is a quick and easy 7 min bike ride where you will find a flat kid friendly and uncrowded atmosphere. Can't say enough good things and really appreciated the management's help. Will be back next year.
