The house has amazing views from every room. The kitchen is super well-stocked with very nice appliances. We loved the layout of the house, the rooms are very comfortable. I requested fragrance-free linens and no room fragrance spray as our family is very sensitive. I was very pleased that there was no trace of any chemicals. Great stay, easy house to relax in.

We loved our stay! The house was exactly as advertised — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The owner was incredibly kind and very quick to communicate whenever we had questions, which made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. The community itself was beautiful and peaceful as well. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The property was clean and just as pictured. The beds were all comfortable. Our grand kids enjoyed the bunk beds It was a short walk to the beach and it wasn't crowded at all. The owner responded quickly to my questions and was nice to deal with. Sitting on the balcony and watching the brown pelican flying around while drinking coffee in the morning was very relaxing, just what my family needed

Perfect Location!

Our group of 13 loved our stay! The location was peaceful and quiet with super convenient proximity to the beach club and pool! The house had all the amenities we needed and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a relaxing long weekend!

We rented this house for a girls weekend and had a wonderful stay. Plenty of comfortable seating and a well stocked kitchen made it easy to gather, cook and enjoy each other’s company. All of the beds were very comfortable, including the bunks! It was a quick walk to the beach and there are plenty of sidewalks to get those steps in. Such a pretty neighborhood!

Extended family getaway

We traveled with a group of 10 (adults and children) and the house was perfect for our needs. It was well stocked and in a good location. The host was very communicative and we had a great time.

This is a beautiful property just like the pictures. Clean and comfortable for our group of 10 (7 adults, 3 kids). Martin, the host, was very responsive to my inquiries from the minute I booked the property to the very end.Just a few minor observations: the lock box and the front door are tricky to lock, the icemaker on refrigerator doesn't make much ice so buy some. One member needed an iron/ironing board but there wasn't one available.If you have trouble climbing stairs, this property is not for you. It's a great workout for the legs.
