Beautiful, clean 2/2 villa with 40ft dock- bring your boat up to 50ft. Open concept with water views, great location in beautiful Key Colony Beach, walk or bike to the beach, pool and tiki bar at the Cabana Club (membership included with the rental), close to Marathon and centrally located between Islamorada and Key West. Relax and grill on the back patio or use one of our ocean kayaks or paddleboard on the beautiful canal. 10 minute ocean and gulf access by boat, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Close to it all!

This was a nice clean property near lots of great restaurants and all that the Keys have to offer by being smack dab in the center. Access to a beach/pool with food and drinks was great too! Easy access for the boat! Thanks for the great time!

Perfect spot for our family trip to the keys! We brought our boat and launched at the Marathon boat ramp and kept it docked at the house. Kids and I would ride the bikes to the Cabana Club pool while my husband went out and fished on the boat. Quiet neighborhood with fun activities down the block/across the street at the park. Shaded cabana in the backyard was the perfect afternoon hangout. We even caught tarpon, snook and a nurse shark from the dock in the backyard. Close to everything Marathon has to offer or a day trip down to Key West.

The unit was perfect for our family vacation, including our fur baby. Our teenage son wanted to fish, but we weren't sure about The Keys without a boat. So, we picked this place specifically because of the dock and other guests' reviews about fishing there. It didn't disappoint. We caught many different species of fish, and saw manatees and sea turtles right at the dock. No trophy fish, but a couple keepers. There's no central AC so we were worried it would be hot in the unit, but we never had an issue. The bathrooms were warm, but we just turned a fan on in there while using them. The owner has fans, so it wasn't an issue. The kitchen and washer/dryer were great to have. We also really enjoyed the back of the property. It is perfect for lounging. Plenty of shade under the cabana and the sea breeze blows, so we never really got unbearably hot. It was our favorite thing about the property! The only thing we wished for was a little more light when night fishing on the dock. We also really enjoyed the Cabana Club. The pool was great. The beach wasn't unfortunately, due to all the seaweed. But, we found a beach right around the corner that was clear. They have a bar and kitchen at the Cabana Club, which we found perfect for afternoons when we just wanted to relax by the pool. The property location is convenient to everything in a quiet neighborhood. The owners have really thought about families and the little details. We would definitely stay again.

Key Colony is a hidden gem …

Very quaint neighborhood and friendly host. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so we were able to take advantage of the kayaks and paddle board provided. A definite plus !
