Ker Anne is 800 m from the port by the beach and 20 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island of Yeu, Ker Chalon
Anne, the owner, ensures you have a comfortable stay and works with partners to facilitate your stay. Thus, our partnership with the auto becane ensures the delivery of your luggage and the concierge service if you rent bicycles
. Ker-Anne (Ker = home) is a recent villa decorated with care and comfort. You will appreciate the landscaped garden with: garden furniture, plancha on terrace, deckchairs... Everything is there for a dream holiday.
KER Anne and Ker Lili are juxtaposed and can be rented together (i.e. 16 beds in total). The two houses are open all year round.
You will appreciate the very comfortable rooms with quality bedding, the super equipped kitchen, the large comfortable living room ideal for gathering family and friends.
Upon arrival, a cleaning deposit cheque of €90 will be required.

If the cleaning is properly carried out, namely:
- sorts rubbish bins (you are on an island, respect it is fragile)
- remove the sheets and towels, make 2 piles at the foot of the stairs.
-empty the dishwasher
- Clean the toilets, the kitchen and vacuum.
So if you have complied with the instructions, the cheque will be returned to you when you leave.
