comunque una buona soluzione

casa accogliente, ampia area esterna, complesso residenziale piacevole e silenzioso ci sono zanzare e la zanzariera è solo nella camera matrimoniale la stanza col divano letto si riduce ai minimi termini aprendo il divano e non ci sono vani per i vestiti l'impianto idraulico ha diverse falle: i tubi del bidè, del lavandino cucina e della lavatrice perdono acqua; anche lo sciacquone del bagno al piano superiore a volte si incanta e perde acqua proprietari disponibili e cortesi un po' caro

Alles in Allem war die Ferienwohnung für uns als Paar und unseren Hund in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und ein wenig zusammengewürfelt aber das ist in Principina in Ferienwohnungen /- häusern in dieser Preislage üblich. Garten und Terassse waren in der Vorsaison angenehm ruhig aber leider nicht hundesicher, da nur eine Hecke und kein Zaun. Abzug gibt es für den schlecht riechenden Kühlschrank und die verstopfungsanfällige 2. Toilette. Vermieter waren bei Anreise und Abreise nett

Dans un cadre sympathique sous la pinède de Principina, ou l'on peut tout faire à velo, location moyenne, sans effort pour la rendre plus agréable au niveau des équipements (barbecue, chaise de jardin, ustensiles). Propretée plus que limite pour un forfait à 15€/personnes. Nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir des puces dans le canapé, mon ado s'est fait dévoré!!!!!

Příjemná dovolená v Jižním Toskánsku

Příjemné skromnější ubytování pro 6 lidí v nádherném prostředí. Cesta na pláž je sice cca 1 km, ale po odbočení vlevo vede písčitou cestou a přímořskou vegetací mezi piniemi. Písčitá pláž umožňuje dlouhé procházky podél moře a je součástí přírodní rezervace.
