The flat has an individual gas boiler, providing heating and hot water

🛌 The accommodation has three sleeping areas:
- 2 bedrooms with 120 cm beds and storage space
- One bedroom with trundle beds providing 2 x 90 cm beds

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as storage cupboards, bed linen and towels on arrival.

🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded.

📍 Lively neighbourhood, K'store shopping centre at 3 min walk with its Casino supermarket.
On the Cours Berriat: many restaurants, snack bars and all types of shops, really everything accessible on foot!!!
The historic city centre with its pedestrian streets, numerous shops, bars and restaurants is a 10-minute walk away.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.

🚌 Getting around:
Trams A & B: St Bruno, Alsace Lorraine and Gare station 5 min walk away.
The train station is 5 minutes away.

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

🧹 The cleaning charges also include bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity housing! All the cleaning costs are paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
