We sincerely apologize for the sticky, dusty floors at check-in, this doesn't reflect the cleaning standard we expect, and we're addressing this directly with our cleaning team. We also take note of your comment about the lack of pots and pans, and we'll make sure the kitchen is better equipped for families who plan to cook during their stay. We're especially sorry about the plumbing emergency in the middle of the night, and even more so that you couldn't get the support you needed despite our stated 24/7 availability. Spending an hour dealing with flooding on your own is not an experience any guest should have, and we're reviewing our emergency response process urgently to make sure this is fixed.
