Large cottage of 180 m2 with comfort for 15 people with 5 bedrooms very well located between Saint Malo-Cancale/Mont Saint Michel totally independent, without adjoining or opposite. The cottage is spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, 2 large fridge-freezers, a bathroom with modern shower cubicle and a bathroom with bathtub with double sink. 3 separate toilets.
Large south-facing terrace very sunny with 2 garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs and 2 barbecues.
Large trampoline and swing with slide.
Goals and football.
Backboard and basketball.
Ping pong table with balls and rackets.
Completely renovated in stone and all the equipment is new. Simmons high-end comfort bedding.
The cottage is open all year round for rental by the night, weekend, mid week or week.
Rental possible to celebrate birthdays, very quiet place not overlooked, countryside view.
The main tourist places, Saint Malo/Cancale the Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Dinard, Combourg and its lake, the Trans Forest with its pond and activities, all the coastal beaches and the greenway Pedestrians and cyclists between Cancale and Mont Saint Michel.
My 2 cottages Le Chêne and Le Noisetier are located 150 metres from each other without vis-à-vis and can be rented together for 29 people.
I would be very happy to welcome you to my large cottage in a friendly atmosphere.

Grand gîte au calme !

Un accueil très sympathique. Bel emplacement, idéal pour une famille ou plusieurs personnes, à la campagne, au calme. Proche des principaux lieux à visiter. Une cathédrale à Dol de Bretagne splendide, le bord de mer délicieux entre Cancale et le Mont St Michel et plus bas le château de Combourg.

Gîte agréable, spacieux ou l'on se set vite comme chez soi. Emplacement plutôt ideal. Petit bémol insonorisation du logement (mais on passe au delà). Contact très réactif par email et de bons conseils.

Excellent séjour au BOURGAIN de BAGUER PICAN

Excellent séjour reposant dans cette belle région qu'est la Bretagne. Très belle situation pour ce gîte qui se trouve à mi-chemin entre ST MALO et le MONT SAINT-MICHEL (20 km). Hébergement neuf, spacieux et très confortable (surtout la literie). Mise à disposition de mobiliers pour les bébés. A noter la gentillesse et la qualité d'accueil des propriétaires. De belles randonnées à faire (CAP FREHEL, ST MALO, LE MONT D'OL, CANCALE avec sa dégustation d'huîtres., ....). Nous vous conseillons cette location pour de belles promenades.
