We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in an excellent location and a wonderful neighborhood. Although we experienced a minor issue upon arrival, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend staying here.

This is an amazing find, the place is just the way it's described, very clean, has a parking spot available, the host responds when it's needed, no issues with communication, I would definitely consider this place on my next visit to LA.

This was my fourth stay, and I keep coming back. The studio is comfortable, spotless every time, and close to town and everything I need. Parking and reliable internet make it even easier. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back again.

We were here last year for Christmas and stayed here great location and very nice neighborhood. We returned again for our vacation and stayed here again. Everything is very clean and comfortable bed. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

I could not recommend this property more! It’s a great price for an LA stay. The guest house was in a quiet suburb and felt very safe. Juan was a great host, very responsive, and so kind.

Room was extremely clean and neat, the neighborhood was beautiful, the AC was nice and cool for the hot humid days of July and the host immediately responded to any issues or questions we had, also had one of the nicest beds I’ve slept in to date not like the lumpy or hard hotel beds, perfect for couples for sure

Perfect place for my stay while visiting my grandkids. Conveniently located but quiet and private. The room was restful and had all the amenities needed for my visit. Juan was very accomodating and responsive. I would love to stay here again next time I am in the area.

It was a little challenging to find, but not bad. Very clear directions from the host made that easier. It's very stripped down-no gratuitous shampoo in the shower, e.g. There was some coffee and coffee maker. One cannot cook, but I wanted two nights to help me make it to a Dodger/Brewer game and it was great for that.
