Beach house walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, & activities! Very close to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, St. Andrews State Park, & attractions such as Ripley's Believe It or Not!
Come enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 story duplex that has a washer & dryer on site for your needs. Your home will be equipped with free WiFi and 2 smart TV's that have Disney, Netflix and Hulu ready to go. We also provide charcoal grill, beach gear, board games, Pac Man Arcade game, shared outdoor shower, shared corn hole game and putting green game located in the courtyard for family fun!
This is a duplex where we can host up to 14 guests in both units (see other listings). We also own the duplex next door where we can host another 14 guests to host a total of 28 guests for large groups for all 4 units.
