About this property

Accessible 4BR/4BA Golf Villa with Resort Pool and Hot Tub

Discover our spacious 4-bed, 4-bath accessible golf villa in Branson Hills! Part of our 212 Signature Collection, this retreat features high-end finishes and an open floor plan perfect for families and groups. Enjoy a ramp, roll-in shower, and proximity to Branson Landing and the Strip. Comfortably accommodates your group for an exceptional stay.

Guests will have private access to the entire 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa.

-Self-check-in is provided via a smart lock system. You can set your own personal 4-digit code before arrival for seamless access.

-Your stay includes access to fantastic community amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub (seasonal), a clubhouse with a full restaurant and lounge, and on-site tennis courts.

-Parking is available for two vehicles in designated spots to the right of the trash bin. For additional cars, you may park directly in front of the villa, close to the curb, or in any open, unassigned spots. Please do not park on the grass to avoid damaging the underground sprinkler system.

The open living room is a great gathering place with a coffee/wet bar and an adjoining outdoor deck. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and several additional chairs, including a recliner and a lift-assist recliner.

The 30 ft outside deck is very private and has a patio table and chairs, and additional chairs. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Ozarks outdoors.

Your villa has free Hi-Speed WIFI, a washer and dryer, and parking in front.

What I love most about the Villa is how central Take-A-Mulligan is to everything Branson has to offer. You can literally be at any number of Branson sites within 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Shopping at several different stores is less than 1 mile away.

We are committed to providing a superior level of service and ensuring you feel completely taken care of. While we respect your privacy, we are available and responsive to address any issues that may arise during your stay as quickly as possible.

PET NOTICE: We are a pet-free residence. We love our animals, but also want to ensure we remain available to those with pet allergies. If it's discovered that pets were brought to the villa, then an additional cleaning Fee of $150 will apply. Thank you for agreeing to this and helping future guests with allergies also enjoy the beauty of Take-A-Mulligan.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Towels can be left in or in front of each shower. Sheets can be left on the beds for our cleaners to change out.
Please ensure all remotes are left in the rooms they were found in.
Please ensure that the pool wristbands are back on the key ring (Summer season only)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking - 2 slots to the right side of the dumpster. No parking on the grass due to sprinkler systems

This was our second stay here. It’s easy to get too, clean and very nice. There is a lift chair in the living room perfect for my mom, there is a lovely back deck with table and chairs that overlooks a small wooded area that is full of squirrels and turkey. It’s peaceful (even with construction nearby) close enough to everything but u feel like you’re farther away. The owners are great.

We currently live in the Manassas VA area and work for the Federal Govt as well as George Mason University. We really enjoy the opportunity to provide a place where our guests truly feel at home. Take A Mulligan is the 2nd property in our 212 Signature collection. We take a lot of pride in providing vacation homes that make you think "I can't believe I get to stay here!"

We heard so many great things about Branson, that it became our desire to purchase a place here and take the time to really get to know the area. We ended up purchasing this Golf Villa back in October of 2020. We did some decor updates with accent walls and have a great team that takes care of ensuring it stays at a high standard of cleanliness.
