Bonjour, Je suis surpris par votre commentaire, car le logement est strictement conforme aux photos et à la description de l'annonce. La chambre est présentée telle qu'elle est réellement et ne devrait donc pas constituer une surprise à l'arrivée. Concernant l'ouvre-boîte, cet équipement ne figure pas dans la liste des équipements proposés. Si un besoin particulier s'était présenté pendant votre séjour, il suffisait de me contacter et j'aurais fait mon possible pour vous aider. Pour le café, une cafetière Dolce Gusto ainsi que du café soluble sont mis à disposition. Les équipements proposés sont ceux indiqués dans l'annonce. Je regrette également que plusieurs points du règlement intérieur n'aient pas été respectés, notamment l'état de propreté laissé au départ, l'absence de retrait des draps comme demandé dans les consignes de départ, ainsi que le non-règlement du supplément dû. Heureusement, la grande majorité de nos voyageurs respectent les lieux, les consignes de départ et communiquent avec nous lorsqu'ils ont une question ou un besoin particulier. Cela permet à chacun de profiter d'une expérience agréable. Je reste néanmoins attaché à offrir un hébergement conforme à sa description et à répondre aux demandes de mes voyageurs lorsqu'elles sont exprimées pendant leur séjour.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Charmant petit appartement, très propre et accueillant dans un quartier calme en plein centre-ville, avec en plus un petit aménagement extérieur bien agréable en ce mois d’août. Nous y avons passé deux jours sans avoir eu besoin de prendre notre voiture. Tout est à proximité ! Romain est un hôte comme on apprécie : sympathique, à l’écoute et surtout bienveillant. Grace à cette expérience, nous avons pleinement apprécié Bourges et les Berruyers.
