Completely New! Industrial/Country Style 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment is quaint and cozy with all the amenities you will need for just staying overnight or for long term. In the apartment you'll find local pictures along with local decor on the walls.
The apartment is located in building 108. In building 108 there is also a studio apartment rented under Airb&b and VRBO. Located right across the street from 2 bars and restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and liquor store.
Please keep in mind that sometimes you'll hear outside noise. It's out of my control if a loud car/ATV/or people make noise.
This apartment is located in a commercial area.
But almost all my guest love the location!

Very clean and comfortable. Just the right amount of space in all the rooms. Location was a 15 minute drive to Giants Ridge, great pizza/bar across the street, and a grocery store just on the other side of that. Plenty of supplies (towels, kitchenware, blankets, etc) for everything we needed during the stay. It worked perfectly for our skiing/snowboarding weekend!

The host was very responsive and avilailable. I know some aren't and that can be a problem.The Apartment was perfect for the three of us. New construction, nice layout and furnishings. January and temps down to 5 below, but we were nice and cozy. We were Skiing Giants Ridge and this was only 5 mins away, couldn't have been better. The apartment is right in the town of Biwabik Nice pizza places and pub across the street, and a Super One grocery store a short block away. Perfect for our needs.

Biwabik getaway

This was a great home base for us during a vacation with family staying nearby. We easily made trips to Ely, Crane Lake, Chisholm, and the North shore. It was great to come back and unwind in our quiet apartment with easy access to groceries, gas, and a liquor store.

Perfect spot for weekend at Giants Ridge

Great place near restaurants and short drive to Giant's Ridge for snow sports. Although its in the alley across from bars/restaurants it was quiet. We'll be back again!

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were in town for a ski event and the location was fantastic. It was also great to have the grocery store so close by. We had a great stay!

Weekend Stay for Skiiing at Giant's Ridge

Great spot right in downtown Biwabik close to the ski hill, but not a far drive to Lake Vermillion and the State Parks. Perfect place to relax after a day out and about enjoying the area. Paula was a great host. Already have booked a future stay!

Nice new place in Biwabik

We stayed here for a ski weekend. Nice, clean, remodeled place. Full kitchen, comfy bed. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Hello. I'm a real estate broker and own Laurentian Realty in Biwabik. I also do property management. This is my new adventure renting my properties as vacation rentals. I live right in Biwabik and will be available if there are any issues. I've been married for 42 years and have raised 5 children. We have been blessed with 10 grandchild. My husband and I are in retirement age and we think living on the Iron Range is great and wouldn't change a thing. We both welcome all our guest to come here and enjoy what the Iron Range has to offer!

Why they chose this property

I bought building 108 in 2019. It was half office space and half garage. I had the whole building completely remodeled. I think the apartments are in a great location. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and bars.
