Located 10 minutes walk from the center of the village, this family house of 250 sqm offers an exceptional setting, a magnificent garden with heated swimming pool and a breathtaking view on the Luberon.

The entrance reveals a spacious living area consisting of a large, comfortable lounge, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room, all opening onto the terrace and garden.
The living space is flooded with natural light thanks to the numerous windows and south-facing openings.
A corridor leads to the sleeping quarters, which includes a master suite with a dressing room, bathtub, shower, and WC; as well as a second suite with a dressing room, shower room, and WC.
This level also features a laundry room and a guest WC.

The upper floor hosts two additional suites, each with its own shower room and WC.

A beautiful enclosed garden, planted with a variety of Mediterranean trees and flowers (evergreen oaks, olive trees, pines, rose bushes, lavenders, etc.), as well as a heated pool with an automatic retractable cover, complete the property.
