About this property

Lakefront house, right on a beautiful white sandy beach at Priest Lake

We built this home in 2019 as a vacation place for our family. Our favorite feature, besides being right on a beautiful beach and overlooking the lake, is the large downstairs great room, complete with a fireplace, large dining room table, and modern kitchen. Five bedrooms, three baths, and laundry room make this a great place for families. We also have a large covered porch out front where we spend most of our time when not out swimming, boating, hiking, sunning, or playing games. Additional amenities include kayaks, paddle boards, dock/pier, fire pit, board games, puzzles, Roku TV, and an assortment of DVD's. Coolin is just a short walk away, there are a number of nearby restaurants, lots of spectacular hiking trials, and several places on the lake rent boats/jetskiis. We love our place and think you will too!

The BEST week of summer for my family! This place is above and beyond. You can't beat the sandy beach, dock, and cozy home. The owners do such a great job to keep it up. Smooth check in and check out. Absolutely love staying here and always sad to go home!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay! Our group included two families with kids ranging in age from 12 to 25, and this home was the perfect fit for everyone. The beach was stunning, the views and sunsets were truly unforgettable, and the home itself is both beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The hosts went above and beyond—everything we could possibly need (and more) was already stocked and ready for us. We’ve stayed at several properties around Priest Lake over the years, and this one is by far our favorite. It’s a true gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful lake front home!

Fantastic house with private beach and lovely dock. Views of the lake and mountains, and sunsets are wonderful. House is very clean, organized and spacious w/ 5 bedrooms and dining table that seats 10. Kitchen is great! Highly recommend this beautiful house!

A little piece of heaven!!!

We had an incredible stay! The beach was perfect for the kiddos and the dock was awesome to have for our boat. Home was very clean and tidy and fresh carpet. Loved everything about our vacation here. The owners did a fabulous job of staying in contact with us and I would highly recommend this beautiful home and land to others. What a great week for our little family!!

Excellent Property!

The Larsen’s have a beautiful lakehouse! It had everything we needed along with being clean and welcoming. We brought our wakeboat and tied up to the dock, but the location of this property was perfect. We walked to Coolin for coffee and shopping. It’s an easy boat ride to Elkins, Hills, and Cavanaugh’s. Flat lot with easy parking and right on the water with a nice sandy beach for kids to play. Many great memories made!

Paradise of northern Idaho

My friend and I stayed at Dan and Leeann’s property for about a week. The first thing we noticed walking into the house was how clean, bright, and inviting everything was. It’s a beautiful lake front property with stunning views, lots of fun activities (paddle boarding, kayaking, relaxing in the beach) and the sunsets are beautiful. We even used the grill and fireplace for a cozy meal one night. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the place. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year! Thank you!!!

Priest Lake family reunion

Our family spent a wonderful week at this beautiful property on Priest Lake! The house is big enough to accommodate 10 with room to spare! The dining table seated us all easily, and there was plenty of seating in the living room for all to relax. The house is right on the beach with a safe swimming area for all ages, and we made great use of the provided kayaks and paddle boards. The sunsets from the patio were spectacular! Dan and LeeAnn have the house well equipped for beach activities, there is a cupboard full of puzzles and games for all ages, and all necessities are supplied. The kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped! We enthusiastically recommend this property for a wonderful family reunion. Thank you Dan and LeeAnn!

Fantastic property. Clean, spacious, heavenly!

What a gem. Far exceeded our expectations on every front. The owners, Dan and LeeAnn, were incredibly gracious, responsive, and attentive to our needs. We drove up from Spokane with grandparents/in-laws and some extended family from CA and had a perfectly memorable time enjoying the home’s beautiful and child-friendly sandy beach, the paddle boards, kayaks, dock, etc. A few highlights were: watching the sunrise over the misty lake with coffee in hand, hearty family breakfasts on the patio, hiking the gorgeous trails all around Priest Lake (including the natural water slides up at Lion’s Head Stare Park!), serene paddles along the glassy shoreline, and nightly BBQ’s. Plenty of large bedrooms kept everyone comfortable (and quiet for a sleeping kids). What a privilege to stay at such a well-appointed and welcoming home. Thank you again to the hosts!

best Spot on the lake.

What a lovely home to enjoy with family in such a picturesque setting. We had it all; electrical storm giving us an amazing light show, rain, sun, raging waterfalls and sunsets that were breathtaking every night., certainly "God's Country"!

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful and spacious. We had all we needed to be comfortable. The beach is the perfect sugar sand we love at Priest Lake. Unfortunately the smoke settled in while we were there, but otherwise it was a perfect experience.

Best Spot on the Lake!

One word: WOW! This cabin was everything we hoped it would be - spacious, comfortable, well-kept, and an amazing view! Our family of 6 came for the week and we all had enough space to spread out and make ourselves at home. The sandy beach out front of the cabin was great for us to take in the beauty of Priest Lake and enjoy stargazing after sunset. We really enjoyed the open kitchen, where we were all able to mingle and converse while cooking and eating. The beds were very comfortable as well, which is always appreciated after a day in the sun. THANK YOU to the Larsen Family for allowing us to stay your beautiful cabin. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Priest Lake Spot!

We caught some of the best weather at the lake this past week and Dan & LeeAnn's spot made it an all around perfect vacation for us! Their spot is perfectly located on the lake and their cabin, beach, dock, etc. created a perfect spot for our first vacation as a family of 5. Their spot allowed us to relax and enjoy the time with our kiddos - we appreciate everything!

The best spot on Priest

Priest Lake is amazing in general, and I've been to various spots on the lake. But this home and this location is the best I've ever experienced. The attention to detail in the home, the amenities, and the care of the homeowners made this the most superb vacation rental I've ever had. Thank you Dan and LeeAnn for making my family so comfortable!
